1.

Rank abbreviations: D-Director, BE-Bronze Executive, SE-Silver Executive, GE- Gold Executive,
SP-Silver Presidential, GP-Gold Presidential.

2. Qualification for Leadership Bonus: a Director must have a minimum of 150 PV (domestic volume only) and 1500 GV (uncompressed and inclusive of international volume) in a volume month.
3. Qualification for extra 5%* bonus on 1st layer (domestic volume only): a Director must have minimum 225PV (domestic volume only) and 2250GV (uncompressed and inclusive of international volume) in a volume month.
4. Leg OV: all the volume in a Director's 1st level downline (including breakaway & non-breakaway volume).

Layer compression: starting from the top down. The bottom of each Layer in a leg is reached whenever there is a qualified Director.

A Leg does not have to be Director. Associate, Supervisor or Manager will do for leg qualification. Silver Presidential and above need not have Qualified Director legs too.

The Company will not allow any unethical or unapproved activities in qualifying for this Growth. Any violation will be subjected to disciplinary actions from the Company including termination.
